Vendor needs to provide integrated pest management services for three (3) group homes and 1 outpatient medical office to the government authority located in Westborough, MA.– Services will focus on prevention, monitoring, and treatment of common structural pests using environmentally responsible and effective methods.– Monthly Pest Control Services• Inspection and treatment for common pests (including but not limited to ants, rodents, cockroaches, and spiders) • Application of approved pesticides as needed, in accordance with all state and federal regulations • Monitoring and documentation of pest activity • Recommendations for sanitation, exclusion, and structural improvements to prevent infestation– Exterior Bait Station Maintenance• Inspect, replenish, and maintain all exterior rodent bait stations during each monthly service visit • Ensure stations are secure, tamper–resistant, and properly positioned • Replace damaged or missing stations as needed • Document bait consumption and rodent activity trends– Documentation & Reporting• Provide service reports after each visit detailing findings, treatments performed, and recommendations • Maintain service logs in compliance with regulatory standards • Notify client promptly of any significant infestations requiring additional service
