Sludge Collector Replacement

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and retain a qualified firm for engineering and design assessment services of the Sludge Collector System. The assessment is intended to determine all the necessary details needed to remove and replace the Sludge Collector System. This includes verifying of specifications, plans, equipment, dimensions, and quantities so as to develop an accurate Bid Package for replacement of the Sludge Collector System. The work will be done during operations therefore, only one (1) basin at a time can be worked on so as to continue servicing the resident during construction.
