Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (�County�) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Workers� Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services for the Forsyth County Department of Risk Management. Forsyth County (County) is seeking Third Party Workers� Compensation Claims Administration Services (TPA) committed to excellence in the oversight and management of the County�s workers� compensation claims through quality treatment of employees, timely service of all claims, and use of professional affiliations to maximize cost savings.
