Description
Project Description: The vendor submitting their qualifications for this compliance program should be able to provide options for the college to ensure compliance with SCAQMD Rule 2202. The vendor should be able to evaluate the data provided to them and list the options best suited for the college to reduce mobile source emissions generated from employee commutes to comply with the Federal and State Clean Air Act requirements. The vendor's program should be able to submit its annual plan within the plan requirement deadlines. The ideal vendor will understand and continue to maintain up-to-date requirements for Rule 2202. Vendor will maintain a relationship with the district's contact and establish goals and programs to continue to evaluate the program's outcomes and determine if there are additional options to assist the college in the pricing of the emission credits program. It is preferred the selected vendor have a history of success by demonstrating the value to their implemented programs for other employers. The vendor should be able to demonstrate their expertise and experience with Rule 2202.
