EXTRA-72854 - USA (Montana) - Natural Resources Support Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide natural resources support service to the government authority located in Montana. – Provide comprehensive natural resources management support throughout agency.– Prior to treatment, the Contractor shall evaluate each designated stand and prepare stand–level management recommendations.– The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to conduct selective forest thinning operations in accordance with approved treatment prescriptions.– The Contractor shall selectively remove designated trees based upon species, diameter, crown condition, spacing, vigor, disease, insect infestation, structural defects, wildfire risk, and overall stand management objectives.– The Contractor shall identify and remove hazardous trees located within developed areas, administrative facilities, training areas, recreation sites, roads, trails, utility corridors, ammunition storage areas, communications sites, and other Government–designated locations.– The Contractor shall reduce hazardous surface and ladder fuels within treatment units through mechanical and manual vegetation management methods.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
