(1) Vendor needs to provide building system controls services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– Provide as–needed building automation system services, including all labor, materials, equipment, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation necessary to install and maintain a fully operational system that monitors and controls HVAC and building equipment in accordance with project requirements.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, software, tools, supervision, and technical support necessary to perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, programming adjustments, repairs, and operational support for the existing building automation system.– Services shall include preventive maintenance of controllers, sensors, actuators, control devices, communication networks, and associated components to ensure continued reliable operation of HVAC and building systems.– Contractor shall monitor, maintain, and support the operation of all connected building systems, including but not limited to air handling units, rooftop units, exhaust fans, pumps, unit heaters, variable air volume boxes, lighting controls, and other HVAC–related equipment integrated.– Maintenance services may include software updates, database backups, control sequence adjustments, alarm troubleshooting, trend analysis, calibration of field devices, equipment installation, and replacement of failed or defective components as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
