Vendor needs to provide electronic toll systems consulting services. – To provide the Commission with Electronic Toll Systems consulting services in assisting Commission staff in evaluating the array of operational, technical, business and financial issues involved in the upkeep and sustainability of the current electronic toll system.– The Firm will also assist Commission staff in future planning and design for expansion and upgrade of the Commission’s current electronic toll system.• Life cycle planning and upgrades for the electronic toll collection system including Video and Violation processing, Credit Card utilization, Host and Back Office Systems reporting, Plaza and In–Lane systems, Interactive payment Kiosks; Toll booth touchscreens; • Assess the Commission’s current electronic toll collection system including necessary hardware and software component needs for sustainability; • Analyze the costs and benefits, including costs of initial investment, transition plans, ongoing operations, and future system reinvestment needs, as well as the full range of benefits; • Develop system specifications for current and future electronic toll system collection needs, including but not limited to requirements, acceptance criteria and testing; • Analyze and monitor data systems reporting modules and support reporting change recommendations.
