(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Federal Way, WA.• Statements and letters shall be printed on 20# stock and shall be folded and inserted into appropriate envelopes.• Double window #10 envelopes.• Postcards shall be printed on 110# stock.• Vendor shall allow for separate email addresses for notifications for each process type (i.e., billing statements, newsletters, main flushing notices, etc.).• Vendor shall be responsible for compilation and processing of data including agency certification, barcoding of addresses, and redirection of flagged accounts.• Vendor shall provide a plain text data file identifying any address issues.• Mailings must be processed within 48 hours after the District provides final, complete data.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
