(1) Vendor needs to provide social security representative payee services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Provide representative payee services for an estimated maximum of 160 adult clients of county behavioral health.– Social Security Administration (SSA) representative payment program assists individuals who have been determined to be unable to manage their social security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.– Representative payee is appointed when SSA determines that a legally competent adult is unable to manage or direct the management of their own benefits.– SSA requirements to provide representative payee services for an estimated maximum of 160 clients at any given time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
