Healthy Eating Culinary Training Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of healthy eating (to include plant-based) culinary training classes for the City’s Renew Employee Wellness Home Culinary Academy. The City seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified firm that will provide in-person and/or virtual training services, as well as culinary supplies, to enable a hands-on training program.
