(1) Vendor needs to provide rack–scale artificial intelligence computing system.• The capability shall support an initial production deployment based on NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 rack–scale systems.• The Contractor shall identify any security, safety, personnel–access, remote–access, shipping, installation, commissioning, or operational requirement that may affect the schedule, staffing model, support model, or installation plan.• Provide additional AI computing capability for agency science and the Genesis Mission.• Deliver a production–ready Base System as rapidly as practicable.• Support AI training, inference, interactive, service–oriented, agent–based, and batch workloads.• Use a high–performance east–west network and integrate with the agency north–south Ethernet environment and global file system.• Include five years of maintenance and support.• Speed East–West Network– The Contractor shall provide and describe the high–speed east–west network for the Base System, including the network technology, topology, and rationale for the design.• Network technology, including InfiniBand, Ethernet, or another high–performance technology.• Physical and logical network diagrams.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
