EXTRA-78802 - USA (Fairmont, West Virginia) - Community Assessment Grant Services - Deadline March 12,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide community assessment grant services to the government authority located in Fairmont, WV.A. Project Management and Administration– Facilitate bi–weekly coordination calls and submit monthly project progress reports detailing milestones, data findings, and billing.– Assist City staff in drafting, securing, and recording access agreements with property owners.B. Assessment, Site Inventory, & Prioritization Activities– Update and maintain a municipal brownfields inventory using GIS mapping and historical land use data.– Conduct reconnaissance and site screening across target commercial and industrial corridors.C. Community Outreach & Involvement– Formulate and implement a comprehensive Community Engagement Plan (CEP). Create, coordinate, and facilitate a community–led Brownfields Advisory Committee (BAC) /Task Force.– Conduct at least four (4) public informational meetings and regular stakeholder briefings to inform the public and gather input.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
