(1) Vendor needs to provide signage and wayfinding program coordinator services. – Provide program–level coordination across all design and construction projects, develop construction–phase wayfinding strategies, advance digital transformation and smart signage solutions, and enhance customer experience through intuitive navigation systems.– Develop and maintain a signage governance plan.– Develop a comprehensive airport–wide wayfinding master plan.– Develop phased wayfinding strategies aligned with construction sequences.– Develop a digital wayfinding strategy.– Identify wayfinding gaps and areas for improvement.– Develop and maintain a signage inventory and asset database.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
