The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, Is soliciting bids to replace the existing Frazier Street steps to Bates Street in the Oakland section of the City. Demolition of the existing steps is required, and the new steps will essentially follow the existing alignment.
