(1) Vendor needs to provide Treventus ScanRobot 2.0 mass digitization system to the government authority located in College Park, MD. – Provide installation, training, and support services for the Treventus ScanRobot 2.0 MDS.– The mission of the Digitization Division (RPZ) is to digitize accessioned holdings and make them available online to the public.– An independent federal agency that helps safeguard and preserve our nation's history by overseeing the management of all federal records.– The stories of our nation and our people are told in the records and artifacts cared for in facilities around the country and people can discover, use, and learn from this documentary heritage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
