(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative consulting services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.– Provide at a minimum the following state lobbying, consulting, and representation services.– Provide consulting/lobbying services for regarding state legislation, funding, and any programs sponsored by or relating to governmental relations. • Monitoring legislative and regulatory hearings, coordinating testimony, drafting bill language amendments, researching issues, preparing follow up letters, addressing budget matters, and direct advocacy. – This includes non–legislative matters involving state–administered programs or initiatives. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
