MB-10353 - USA (Tennessee) - Third Party Administration for Workers Compensation Service - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration for workers compensation service.                  – Provide full claims administration services for agency employees with job–related injuries and illnesses.– Claims management– Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual claims and loss history reports including frequency (number of claims) by type and injury. Claims should also be organized to include a listing by departments, date of loss, etc.– Provide necessary secure technology and online services which allow NES access to claimant’s files, adjuster notes, billing, etc.– Provide pharmacy services for injured workers at a discounted price with online access to claimant’s files, billed at discounted pricing. – Provide medical case management for injured workers as needed. Case management billing and reports should be accessible electronically. Case manager travel time billed at one–half the established rate. (2) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
