(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary/relief licensed vocational nurse, certified nurse assistant and registered nurse services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide Temporary/Relief Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), and/or Registered Nurse (RN) services. – Provide services for the benefit and care of residents at the agency. – Services may be provided twenty–four (24) hours a day, including weekends and holidays, on an as needed basis.• RN:– Plan and implement nursing care, this includes administration of medication, therapeutic agents, treatments, disease prevention, physician’s orders, as well as obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.– Provide observation, ongoing patient assessments, and therapeutic intervention consistent withthe patient’s physical and psychological status, evaluate effectiveness of patient treatment regimens and record progress.• LVN:– Organize, provide, and maintain necessary health care services consistent with agency policiesand procedures.– Plan and implement nursing care, this includes administration of medication, therapeutic agents, treatments, disease prevention, physicians’ orders, as well as obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.– Assist mental health professionals by contributing to the treatment planning process and the formal evaluation of resident progress by monitoring and recording observed patient behaviour.• CNA:– Provide care and tend to physical needs of the patients according to the patient care plan.– Perform and document rounds of patient receiving care and report changes in patient condition to the nurse.– Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.– Clean, maintain, and check equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid walkthrough will be held on August 3, 2026.
