This notice is being published in accordance with FAR and departmental publicizing requirements to inform the public of new A&E services under the DOI A–E MATOC. This is not a solicitation, no responses are requested or permitted, and no solicitation package or RFQ will be issued.The Forest Service plans to utilize its existing DOI Architect–Engineer Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to order A&E services. Task orders will be awarded based on demonstrated competence and qualifications under the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C.
