(1) Vendor needs to provide pursuing best–practice strategies services to promote infill development and mixed–use transit–oriented development.– Detailed project schedule including a plan and schedule for policy and program analysis and an expected schedule for policy formulation and legislative consideration– Conduct a preliminary code audit, potentially to include staff and stakeholder interviews, site assessments and pro–forma testing to inform initial diagnostic– Develop a public engagement and stakeholder outreach plan that may include surveys, focus groups, technical work teams, open houses, workshops, digital outreach, etc.– Regional Housing Partnership Development Pipeline Land Assessment– Multifamily, Mixed–Use, Infill Regulations– Affordable/Workforce Housing Development Pipeline– Community Engagement– Grant Reporting (Assistance)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
