(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and urban development consulting services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VI.– Provide technical assistance, prepare required documentation, ensure accurate and timely program reporting, and support general grant management. – Services will be delivered on an as–needed basis for both technical assistance and required reporting.– Programs to include, but not limited to:•  Regulatory issues.• Reporting and administrative requirements.• Environmental Review Record (ERR).• Grant activity coordination and communication.• Program design for emergency rehabilitation services.• Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), review only.• Other Housing and Urban Development (HUD) related reporting and documentation as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
