EDUCATION-18069 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - RFI for Medical Modeling and Simulation Training Program Support Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical modeling and simulation training program support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Specialize in both the technologies and methods used in the planning, preparation, and execution of simulation–based healthcare training and education events that involve realistic, immersive replications of real–life work processes, scenarios, and tasks through simulation equipment or tools. – Provide logistical support to the daily operations of the simulation training program.– Provide consultative assistance to simulation sites on simulation set–up and to program management regarding future site expansion. – Operate simulation equipment including part–task trainers, mannequin–based simulators, surgical simulators, cadavers, virtual reality and other emerging technologies. – Provide web content management, graphics design, IM/IT support, and sharepoint administration support to government and employees to develop and maintain the applicable portal and other web–based information.– Responsible for the readiness of simulation equipment, supplies, and administration support needs to achieve training objectives. (2) The contract period will be for five years.
