This project consists of repairing sanitary sewer laterals at approximately 18 locations by removal of the existing segments of the lateral and replacing those segments with new sewer lateral pipe and non-shear couplings. This project is located within the Dr. Ellis Neighborhood of Urbana, which generally bounded by Bradley Avenue to the north, Goodwin Avenue to the east, Ellis Drive to the south, and Romine Street and Carver Drive to the west.
