(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous and toxic waste disposal services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Hazardous waste disposition shall be restricted to ultimate destruction (incineration), or treatment,including, but not limited to, retort for mercury, or recycling.– The hazardous waste from the laboratory shall remain in the original package departing from thepoint of origination until arriving at the facility for ultimate destruction or treatment.– Labpack aerosols for incineration.– Labpack flammables for incineration.– Bulk spent sodium sulfate.– Bulk aqueous acidic waste.– Bulk TSCA PCB containing waste.– Bulk non–hazardous soil.
