A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00AM. All potential bidders will meet in the front lobby of 200 Frontage Road, Boston, MA. Questions are due September 18, 2026, by 12:00PM. Filed Sub-Bids for Electrical must be submitted via mail or delivered to Boston City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Room 811 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and opened forthwith. General Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and opened forthwith. The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., Boston time . Install 3 fan forced electric heaters in the garage area at 200 Frontage Rd.
