(1) Vendor needs to provide print and digital services for conservationist magazine and Xplor supplement to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO. – Convert an interactive, digital version of the magazine from high–quality PDF files provided by the state agency for digital publication into an interactive, digital version of the magazine.– digital version of the magazine must be viewable by readers in a digital format on computer desktops and laptops utilizing a web–based online reader and mobile devices e.g. tablets and smart phones utilizing websites and mobile application. – Provide a digital solution that includes the development of an Apple iOS, iPadOS, and Google Play (Android) application that provides readers the ability to download an Apple iOS, iPadOS, or Google Play (Android) application, depending on the reader’s device, ensuring an optimized reader experience when reading the magazine electronically.– Print, bind, address, package, and mail the Missouri Conservationist Magazine and the Xplor.– A printing plant that is currently operational and capable of printing the magazine and Xplor supplement.– Print the magazine and Xplor supplement in the same plant.– The mailing services specified herein, the contractor shall not subcontract any part of the printing and manufacturing of the magazines and the Xplor supplements.
