STAFF-16844 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Temporary Staff Augmentation Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• All duties normally expected of an employer, including, but not limited to recruitment, vetting, background and drug screening, hiring, training, providing pay, benefits, and leave, deducting payroll taxes, and, as necessary, taking action to resolve complaints, disputes, and disciplinary issues• All Temporary Staff assigned to the City must be employees of the Contractor• The normal working hours for Temporary Staff under this Contract will vary among the City agencies and departments. However, the hours of operation for most City agencies and departments are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday• Temporary Staff assigned to the City must provide their own transportation to and from City work sites unless otherwise stated in the associated assignment• Temporary Staff shall adhere to all City of Richmond Administrative Regulations and any policies or procedures provided to them by the City.• Temporary Staff must be available and ready to work within a mutually agreed–upon timeframe, typically not exceeding 10 business days from the date of the assignment• The Contractor shall provide a dedicated account manager to the City for regular communication, monitoring of service delivery, and problem resolution.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Non–Mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
