General and Merchant Banking, pCard, Debit Card, Cashiering, and Payment Acceptance

The City of Tucson, AZ (the “City”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive banking services at a competitive price. To be considered a qualified financial institution (hereafter referred to as “Bank” or “Firm”), an entity must meet the minimum qualifications as outlined in the Minimum Qualifications section below in the Service Group 1 section of the Scope of Work, The successful Firm will work with the City and assume responsibility for the Scope of Services described below in accordance with a schedule agreed upon between the City and the successful Firm. The City has retained PFM Group Consulting LLC (“PFMGC”) as a consulting partner for assistance in issuing this RFP and evaluating proposal responses. Evaluation decisions will be made solely by the Evaluation Committee.
