(1) Vendor needs to provide Information Technology (IT) managed services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – The awarded MSP contractor will deliver comprehensive, end–to–end IT operations, support, and strategic guidance within a co–managed environment.– MSP will provide co–leadership through a vCTO/vCIO; robust multi–tier service desk and on–site support; and proactive management of endpoints, cloud platforms, and critical systems to ensure reliability, security, and performance.– Multi–tier Service Desk and End User Support (SLAs standardized), including: provide a shoulder tap service model. MSP personnel will be expected to service walk–up, in–person, and pre–ticketed service requests, primarily at the QLINE Tech Center, when the personnel are present on–site at least one day per week.– Provide a User–Friendly IT Support Ticketing System – Manage and Resolve IT Support Tickets – Provide On–Site Support – Provide Timely and Accessible On–Site Response – Endpoints and Cloud Management (0365, devices, VOIP): contractor must demonstrate that its Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service delivers continuous, enterprise–grade endpoint protection through a fully operational 24x7 security model that prioritizes rapid threat detection, containment, and risk–based response.– Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance, and Patching– Phone Management & VOIP Services– Performance Management and Reporting– Coordinate Third–Party Vendors (Non–Network)– Network and LAN Management (QLINE) – Maintain switches, firewalls, VLANS, and configurations– Support Firmware, Security Advisory, and Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) Management– Manage Public Wi–Fi and Fiber Performance– Security, SOC, and Resilience– Provide 24/7/365 SOC Monitoring (Mandatory)– Manage Incident Response and Vulnerability Remediation– Documentation and Reporting Capabilities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
