EXTRA-72960 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Business Continuity Planning and Exercise Support Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide business continuity planning and exercise support services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.  – Provide comprehensive services in business continuity planning (BCP), emergency management, and security.– Services such as business continuity planning, emergency management, and cyber and physical security on an as–needed basis.– Develop, review, and update incident response plans and procedures, as well as corresponding escalation procedures.– Develop, review, and update cyber security and physical security incident response plans, business continuity and recovery plans– Develop, review, and update enterprise–wide business continuity and recovery plans.– Assess, recommend, and implement efficiencies for the business continuity program.– Provide physical and cyber security exercises.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
