Description

The City of Clermont intends to replace two piers damaged during Hurricane Milton: one at Waterfront Park, 100 3rd St., Clermont, Florida, and the other located at One 2nd St., Clermont, Florida. Both piers have been removed, and the replacement piers shall be constructed in the same locations. The work shall include all permitting and required clearances from FDEP and USACOE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, fuel, supervision, permitting, approved and stamped plans, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. All work shall comply with the latest adopted building code, all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, permit conditions, manufacturer recommendations, and accepted construction practices.
