Vendor needs to provide licensed architect services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Provides highly technical and professional architectural assistance to ODR and other district government staff by conducting onsite surveys and reviews of buildings and facilities, and by conducting critical reviews of architectural plans, specifications and photographic evidence of ADA accessibility and produces reports on the survey results.• Identifies problems and provides reliable solutions after evaluating the impact of alternatives.• Keeps record of work for all surveys which include reports, photos, notes, spreadsheets, and summaries; organize them and make them available to supervisors and team members.• Keeps current with the latest developments concerning accessibility in buildings and facilities, construction, and related disciplines by reviewing technical, trade, and government publications and online forums, and attending professional meetings.
