EXTRA-73223 - USA (Brighton, Colorado) - Consulting Services for Noise Standards - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for noise standards to the government authority located in Brighton, CO.– Provide consulting services for the development of enforceable noise standards as related to the introduction of data centers within the community. – The Consultant shall provide assistance to City staff to draft noise standards related to data centers, draft a model noise study to be used to review the noise and sound emissions from proposed data centers, and draft other model noise studies/memorandums to be used to continuously monitor and ensure data centers are operating within the noise maximums.– The Consultant shall be responsible for educating and advising City staff on the effects of data center noise on surrounding residents and land uses, and further taking the lead to draft Municipal Code language specific to data center noise emissions.– Additionally, the Consultant shall be responsible to draft model noise studies and conformance memorandums that ensure future data centers are operating within the allowed maximums.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
