(1) Vendor needs to provide designing and conducting blended finance training service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide capability to design and conduct food systems finance training with more emphasis on blended financing for food systems transformation in Ethiopia.– Consultant should have a demonstrated track record of providing food systems finance training with a focus on blended financing for foods systems.– Enhance understanding of food systems financing architecture. – Introduce blended finance concepts, principles, and instruments; and build capacity to structure blended finance transactions. – Improve understanding of investment readiness and bankable project development, strengthen knowledge of risk–sharing mechanisms, and financial instruments. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
