The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from one or more qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for comprehensive banking services that will support the financial operations of the municipality. This service is intended to enhance the City’s capabilities in managing its finances and overall cash management. The selected banking partner will provide an array of services that include but are not limited to, commercial banking and treasury management services, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
