The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 20, 2026, for the Clark's Fork Fish Hatchery Residence #5 Roofing project located in Powell, Wyoming. Project Description: new metal roof installation service at residence #5 located at the Clark's Fork Fish Hatchery, owned by the Agency. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on November 5, 2026, starting at Clark’s Fork Fish Hatchery, 40 Fish Hatchery Rd, Powell, WY 82435. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on November 13, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 10, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. MT on the due date indicated in the document. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
