Purchse of Multifunctional Printers — Lebanon Green Agrifood Transformation for Economic Recovery (GATE)

I. Request for Quotations Date: 6th of July 2026 Republic of Lebanon Green Plan Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE)– Loan N°: 9576-LB “ Procurement and Configuration of Multifunctional Printers“ To: 1. The Republic of Lebanon represented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of the Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE) – Loan N°: 9576-LB. The Green Plan, which has been delegated by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), with the implementation and management of the sub-component 2.1 of the Project, intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan for eligible payments for the purchase of four (4) multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner). 2. The Green Plan (hereinafter referred as the Purchaser”) now requests quotations for three (3) color multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner) and one (1) black and white multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner) to be financed from the above-mentioned Loan. The maximum duration for the supply, installation and commissioning of Goods is ninety (90) days after the issuance of the Purchase Order. The RFQ covers the following requirements: Ref.: Items Quantity 1 Multifunctional Printer (Color) 3 2 Multifunctional Printer (Black and White) 1 3 Black toner cartridge (K) compatible with the color MFP 3 4 Set of color toner cartridge (C, M, Y) compatible with the color MFP 3 5 Black toner cartridge (K) compatible with the monochrome MFP 1 3. Bidders are requested to quote for the complete Schedule of Requirements. The bidder should submit only one quotation. Any Bidder who presents alternative quotations will have all his quotations rejected. 4. Bidders must submit quotations that are commercially and technically responsive, and include all Goods and Services specified in this Request for Quotations in substantially the full required quantities for the entire project; and are deemed by the Purchaser as commercially and technically responsive to the minimum requirements set in this RFQ and should be identical in quality and specifications to the attached technical specifications. The quoted Goods and Services shall meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ and shall be identical in quality and specifications to the attached technical specifications. Shopping shall be the Bidding Procedure following the procedures as specified in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (2020). 6.
