ASM-2614 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Third-Party Property Management Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party property management services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI– Administrative Services• Timely rent collection and delinquency management • Accounts payable and receivable tracking • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets • Market and rent reasonableness analysis– Resident Services• Marketing, screening, selection, and leasing of residents • Conduct annual/interim certifications for LIHTC and PBV units– Building & Grounds Maintenance• Routine and preventive maintenance • Work order management and timely completion– Safety & Security• Create and update property safety and emergency plans • Coordinate with Milwaukee Police Department • Educate residents on safety expectations • Enforce property rules and community standards(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
