Operation, Management, and Maintenance Services of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)

Lee County Port Authority (“Authority”) invites the submission of proposals from interested and qualified firms to furnish all industry-skilled labor, materials, methods, expertise, supervision, resources, telecommunication devices, consumables, equipment, tools, accessories, apparatus, training, incidentals, parts management, warranty administration (see below), and related services necessary to furnish and perform comprehensive Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation, Management, and Maintenance Services for two outbound common-use automated in-line baggage handling systems, as well as the inbound flat-plate and inbound slope plate carousel bag claim devices located at the Southwest Florida International Airport (Airport) in Lee County, Florida. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from properly certified, qualified and experienced providers in order to select a Proposer and negotiate and execute a contract to perform the BHS services described above to best meet the Authority’s needs.
