Description
Request for Proposal - RFP 163-JD VDOT is seeking proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide any one or more of the services as described below: Evaluations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, reports, preplanning studies, preparation of preliminary and/or contract documents (including working drawings and specifications), field inspections and investigations, shop drawing review and code compliance investigation for architectural and engineering design projects in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Construction and Professional Service Manual- 2004 Edition. The firm or project team shall consist of the following disciplines: Architectural, Civil, Structural, MEP And Cost. The work will be performed in the Hampton Roads District A map will be attached to the request for proposal depicting the imaginary boundaries. Period of Contract: One (1) year from the date of contract award or cumulative total of $500,000 whichever comes first, with an option to renew the contract for up to two additional one year renewals subject to the same terms and conditions. Contract Award may be made to more than one offeror. Proposals may be submitted until 2:00 P. M.
