Description
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from interested firms to provide design services for the Sandbridge Road Bridge Replacement Project. The project will provide a new bridge over Hell’s Point Creek on Sandbridge Road. The scope of services may include, but not be limited to: environmental permitting, surveying, public and private utility coordination, public participation, structural design, aesthetic design, street lighting, development of construction contract documents, and construction phase services. This will be a multi-phase contract that will include a preliminary phase for assessing potential environmental and maintenance of traffic impacts as well as a preliminary design.
