The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to be added to a pre-qualified list of contractors to provide project management, pre-construction, procurement, permitting, construction, and other related services to build homes for the Affordable Home Construction Program. Submissions will be accepted on an ongoing basis and if approved will be added to a list of contractors that will receive requests for pricing to build homes.
