(1) Vendor needs to provide garbage and recycling services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.• Materials for collection include, but are not limited to: • Mixed recycling (paper, metal, plastic). • Glass recycling. • Pallet and wood recycling. • Garbage (landfilling). • Additional non–hazardous materials as needed. (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
