Citywide Sidewalk Repair Project, Phase 6

Notice is hereby given that the City of Monterey ("City") will receive electronic bids for 'Project Title until 'Proposal Submission Date , 'Proposal Submission Time Pacific Time, at which time they will be publicly, electronically opened and viewable on the City's e-Procurement Portal (ProcureNow). Bids shall be valid for 90 Days after the bid opening date. Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents at no charge from the City's electronic bid management system, ProcureNow, at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/cityofmonterey or by calling 'Contact Full Name , 'Contact Phone . All bidders must register on ProcureNow. To receive registration instructions call the Project contact at 'Procurement Contact Phone or visit http://help.procurenow.com/vendor-guides for registration instructions. Bids must be submitted on the City's Bid Forms. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to download all bid documents for review before submitting a bid. Any Addenda will be posted on ProcureNow. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to check ProcureNow on a daily basis through the close of bids for any applicable addenda or updates. The City does not assume any liability or responsibility based on any defective or incomplete copying, scanning, downloading or printing of the bid documents. Information on ProcureNow may change without notice to prospective bidders. The Contract Documents shall supersede any information posted or transmitted by ProcureNow. The City of Monterey is accepting sealed solicitations from qualified vendors for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time PST. A report will be forwarded to the City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to wit, Few Memorial Hall of Records, and the Council may award the bid, reserving the right, however, to reject any and all such bids. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of approximately 45,000 SF of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), brick and paver sidewalks, installing curb drains and installing tree wells with pervious rubber surfaces at various locations throughout the City of Monterey. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2pm on February 10, 2021 via Google Meet to comply with 'social distancing' requirements.
