Collection of Used Oil, Filters, Antifreeze, Fuel

What is the solicitation method? Sarasota County's Solid Waste Department requires the services of a contractor to collect and dispose/recycle used oil, used oil filters, antifreeze, fuel (gasoline) and petroleum contaminated absorbents that are dropped off for disposal by residents and certain very small quantity generators within Sarasota County at county-run Hazardous Waste Chemical Collection Facilities. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three years with two one-year renewals.
