Renovations include selective repairs to the envelope of the buildings including masonry repairs and hollow metal doors. New Electrical and Mechanical systems to support existing Transmitter Equipment. PROJECT LOCATION: 3201 Hardscrabble Rd Columbia SC. A non mandatory site visit will be held September 16, 2026 at 11:00AM
