IFB #2026-011 - TANGERINE SKY PARK

This project consists of constructing a new splash pad and parking facility at Tangerine Sky Park. The improvements will also include a mechanical building, a surge tank, play features, and landscaping. This is an active park and will remain open during construction. Adequate temporary fencing shall be provided with appropriate shielding and buffer space to ensure public safety. A project safety/ pedestrian traffic control plan will be required, showing the location of fencing and appropriate safety devices needed to secure and notify the site.
