Construction Management Services Sportsplex at RFK

The District of Columbia (the “District”), acting and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a construction manager (“Contractor” or “Construction Manager” or “CM”) to provide professional construction management support services (“Construction Management Services”) to assist the Department in the design, construction, commissioning, and turnover of the new Complex at RFK Sportsplex (“Sportsplex”) at 2400 East Capitol Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002 (the “Project”).
