(1) Vendor needs to provide development and fundraising consultant service. • Consultant or firm to evaluate our current fundraising efforts, assess our true philanthropic potential, and craft a formalized development plan for staff and the board.• Current State Assessment: Evaluate and provide feedback on our development efforts to date and assess our brand awareness as it relates to fundraising.• Potential Analysis: Assess our overall fundraising needs and potential for growth.• Technology review: help identify and recommend an appropriate donor management system.• Training and capacity building: assess the training needs of the board of directors and staff and advise on actionable training plans.• Staffing roadmap: provide structural and budgetary recommendations for development staffing needs for 2027 and beyond.
