CONS-24686 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Long-Term Management Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide long–term management services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.• To maintain these sites at current conditions, work will primarily center on annual invasive species control, mowings, and occasional but recurring prescribed burning• The first herbicide treatment (and spot mowing, if needed) should consist of gridding the entire site and mowing/spraying invasives (primarily RCG) as they are encountered• Mowings: A one–day broadcast mowing treatment of no greater than 2 acres should likely occur in mid–summer (ideally at the same time as the 2nd or 3rd herbicide trip) of the two “prairie to mow” areas (see attached map).• This mowing should occur when ragweed is beginning to flower and before it goes to seed. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.(4) Online Vendor Conference will be held on November 4, 2026.
